• Must be 55 years of age or older.  
• Effective January 1, 2008 rent for a one bedroom unit is $561.94 and a two bedroom unit is $711.94. 
• Rent includes gas, electric, water/sewer service. 
• Cable ready and carpeted. 
• Columbia Heights residents have preference over non-residents.
