37th & Central Avenue Project Site

37th & Central Redevelopment Site

The City Council identified the 3700 block of Central Avenue as a redevelopment site back in 2005.

The EDA entered into a Contract for Private Development with 37th & Central LLC for construction of a strip mall at 37th and Central for the properties from 3700 through 3722 Central Avenue.  The project was funded by using funding from the Anoka County Community Development Block Grants (CDBG).
