39th & Central Avenue Project Site

In 2002, the City Council has identified the East side of the 3900 block of Central Avenue as one of their future redevelopment sites.

The Burger King Restaurant at 3939 Central Avenue owned by Nath Companies, closed their doors on September 23rd, 2004. The City acquired and demolished the building early in 2005.

This property is being held for redevelopment.
