Grand Central Lofts
Grand Central is private development of condo-styled lofts and town homes offering affordable luxury, amenities, security, outstanding views, and an excellent location close to Medtronic, Unity Hospital, and downtown Minneapolis!
The project features over 150 condos and 20 town homes. Prices start at $139,900. Call or email Kristy at kristy@grandcentrallofts.com, Grand Central Lofts, 763.502.8080 or visit us at: www.grandcentrallofts.com for details.
Grand Central is conveniently located at Central Avenue and 49th Avenue in Columbia Heights. It’s an ideal location close to freeway systems (5 blocks from 694), downtown Minneapolis, mass transit, shopping, churches and parks. All levels of public schools are located within just a few blocks.
The private development provides a true sense of community with landscaping and gardens over the 5-acre site. Community parks are located nearby, including a public golf course. Existing sidewalks along Central Avenue enhance the walk-ability of the neighborhood. Grand Central offers a huge community center, featuring a party room complete with chef’s kitchen. Also on site are meeting rooms for residents to use.
Condo security features include a secured entrance to each building, and each unit is built with an in-unit security system. Safety is included with hard-wired smoke detectors and sprinkler systems through each unit and the whole building.
The condos feature underground heated parking, two stalls for 2-bedroom units. Things stay quiet with concrete floors, and double-wall construction between units. Standard with nearly each unit are oversized Andersen windows, plantation blinds, 9’ ceilings, walk-in closets, enameled woodwork, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, 46” maple cabinets, patios or balconies, in-unit washer and dryer.
