Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA)
The Columbia Heights Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is responsible for the ownership and operations of Parkview Villa North and South subsidized and low-income housing buildings. Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday in the months of January, April, July and October at 7:00 PM in the Parkview Villa Community Room.
