Grand Central Lofts Rental Proposal
The Open House held on January 13, 2010 was attended by approximately 50 people, with a mix of homeowners, renters, landlords and business owners in attendance. Comprehensive Plan Update Info
On May 26, 2009 the City Council approved the Final Draft of the Comprehensive Plan. The plan has now been submitted to the Metropolitan Council for their review. Once the Met Council approves the plan, the City will hold a Public Hearing to formally adopt the new Comprehensive Plan.
