04/10/2009 - We are on our way with better weather and great workers.
Landwehr Construction was out this week installing two haul roads so we can install basement sand, concrete, and large Apparatus Bay crane for roof joist.
Red Cedar Steel set the Mechanical Room and Apparatus Bay joist and deck.
Dalco Roofing has started roofing the Apparatus Bay.
MD Mechanical, Master Mechanical, and Gopher Electric continue to install main floor rough-in.
Crosstown Masonry started installing brick on the Sally Port and East wall.

03/27/2009
The building block is 95% complete. The main office area, ductwork, electrical, and stud walls are being installed. We are starting the geo thermal.

04/28/2009
Crosstown Masonry is 60% complete with the brick.
M. Reinert is starting to sheetrock the interior of the main floor.
MD Mechanical, Master Mechanical, and Gopher Electric are doing rough-in in the basement.
GTI is putting in the geo thermal wells.

05/08/2009
Dalco Roofing came in and did some of the TPO on the back of the parapets on the main building and put some wood blocking in on top of the parapet.
Landwehr Construction was here and started digging the footings for the northeast retaining walls.
Crosstown Masonry finished the north wall today and continues to work on the west wall. They also worked on Training Room 024 and Evidence Processing Room 008.
MD Mechanical got the hole drilled for their storm line going into the Apparatus Bay.
M. Reinert Drywall is rocking the Mens and Womens Locker rooms.
Doc got a call from Mike and the door frames will be here Monday.
Gopher Electric continues to run rough-in in the Basement. The main switch gear was delivered today.
Steenberg-Watrud Construction will start Monday

07/13/2009
The exterior brick is 100% complete.
Landwehr Construction is 90% complete on the East pond.
Avalon is painting in the locker rooms. All of the west half offices have at least one coat of paint on. The 2nd coat is being put on.
D& M Iron set the bell Monday.
We will start site grading the week of July 13.
WTG Terrazzo has 90% of the entrance wall tile on.
We will start ceiling grid the week of July 13.

08/07/2009
The first lift of asphalt is being installed in the parking lots.
80% of the ceiling grid is installed.
We are starting to install the Apparatus Bay doors.

09/14/2009
General Office Products started installing the furniture the week of September 7 and will continue next week.
We will start testing sprinkler, fire alarm, plumbing, and electrical systems over the next couple of weeks.
The fence is 95% complete around the building.
The exterior plantings and irrigation will start the week of September 14.
