Billing
Columbia Heights utility charges are billed quarterly. A minimum charge provides water and sewer service. Additionally, water and sewer charges are based on water used and are billed at a rate per 1,000 gallons. For additional information on rates, see Resolution 2010-15.

All water meters are read every three months via RadioRead meters that were installed in most homes in 1999. Quarterly bills also include charges for storm sewer, water meter, and garbage services.
