City Street Rehabilitation Program
In 1996 the City began a comprehensive rehabilitation program to improve and extend the life of City streets. The City chose to divide the City into seven areas, or Zones, representing approximately equal street areas. For 2010, streets within Zone 5 have been scheduled for construction.
